East Moline is developing walkable, complete streets throughout the Greater Downtown area to provide safe, accessible connections to the local amenities, exciting new entertainment developments, the Great River Trail and the planned Channel Cat Water Taxi dock, nearby residential neighborhoods, and other destinations. These improvements will dramatically enhance connections and bring a unified sense of identity to our city’s Greater Downtown area.
