Public Meeting scheduled for June 18, 2024 

 

The City of East Moline cordially invites you to an open house public meeting where we will discuss proposed improvements for 15th Avenue as well as downtown branding.

Where

15th Avenue, The Rust Belt Area at 12th Avenue, and The Bend at the riverfront.  

When

Design is underway. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025 and be completed in 2027.  

Why

Barriers like railroad crossings and lack of pedestrian infrastructure are keeping our Greater Downtown areas separated, which limits connectivity and future growth. 

Funding

This project is funded in part  by a $23.7 million federal RAISE grant.
