15th Ave/Main St.
Construction is underway and 15th Avenue is closed between 8th and 9th Streets. Sidewalks remain open.
12th Ave/Rust Belt
Construction begins week of April 13.

12th Avenue will be reduced to one lane for westbound traffic only. Eastbound will be detoured to IL 92.
Where
15th Avenue, Rust Belt at 12th Avenue, and The Bend at the riverfront.
When
Construction will be completed in phases starting in April 2025 and finishing in 2027.
Why
Create better connectivity and accessibility between our Greater Downtown areas.
Funding
This project is funded in part by over $25 million in state and federal grants.
